My view on Critical Literacy now

As we nearly completed this semester and nearing to the examination, my view on Critical Literacy is quite mixed. I like to study about this subject but at times I find it hard and many work need to be done to complete the tasks and assignment given. It would be alright if there was not too many subject the administration in my college were newly established in my badge which is really stressing us, semester 4. So, I feel a little mixed of favouring the subject but a little dislike as I have so many assignment and task to be done. The reason I like this subject, unlike many of my friend who dislike it and find it difficult, to me is a bit easier since I like to read and like to solve difficult stuff like mathematic, physic and chemistry equations. It needs both of your right and left brain to solve them and I have enjoyed in solving difficult matter and question. My favourite was when we did games and tests which need the use of both our right and left brain to do it. Sometime I make many mistake but from that is where I learn and start to grow. I do not know about what others really thought about this subject whether it is tricky or easy but to me I find it a little fun – even though it is a bit upsetting with all the work.

There is not much suggestion or improvement I can give for this subject only that explanation and examples of the 10 rules assignment should be more detailed to understand since I only have a vague idea of what to do when I was doing my assignment 1 in late February. Extra class should also be done for those who still do not understand or weak in this subject. This is so that completing their tasks or assignments, will be more easier, I am relief to finish all my assignment for Critical Literacy and hope the future students taking it will do it fine.

View on Baby-Sale-Racket in Black Market

My view in the statement on the baby-for-sale racket and money can buy happiness by buying the baby, in my opinion is not a good thing even if by buying the baby bought, the baby would possibly live a happy life in the future but it is not worth it when the baby was taken his or her right to be with their real parents or family. Even if that child live like a child on a billionaire. It is a cruel thing in giving away a baby to strangers you do not know about. It is as if a make belief happy family was made when you buy a baby without any legal proof or worthy that the buyer would be a good parents. This business really make the world even more messed up as it is and really complicated. Regarding this issue some people would say ‘Why not? As long the kid’s happy, why break it?” The thing is, curiosity is one of human nature, unavoidable and sometime the kid will feel a little a sense of unbelonging. I would put myself into that kid shoe and imagine how when he grows up finding out his origin-his birth right. Usually they would want to know who their parents or donors are to be born. If the kid does not know his heritage, his only question circulate in his mind is why do he and his parents has not much of similarities as do other parents and child have. Some do realize it but still the suffer from being abandoned from being sold from a black market above all is not an easy stake to take. It is also difficult in arranging medical attention to the child who we do not know his health and medical circumstance. If you break this issue down, you will find more negativity leading to unhappiness rather than ideal happiness.
